The Love issue. Out tomorrow.
Next up we have a wee bit of theatre love for you. Love Bites is a company that have been around since 2008 and have produced over 30, brand spanking new and brilliant, one-act plays. Their shows invite submissions on the shared theme of love, each time choosing a new location for the latest instalment in the series.
It’s right up our street I think you’ll agree. So much so, we’ll be featuring extracts from Love Bites scripts in both our Love and Hate issues. You’re in for a treat.
Their latest show is on right now and has a poster designed by the awesome Joly Braime. Joly is an illustrator, writer and editor based in London. Among other things, he draws a regular cartoon strip for Scouting magazine, and his illustrations have also been featured in the Itchy city guidebooks and magazines. Recently he has been working on a book called ‘How to be Prepared’, due to be published in May by Simon & Schuster. You can check out more of his work on his blog.
